Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Finnish Westinghouse M91
This is another rifle I found last month or so. It came into the local gun shop on consignment. I am glad I picked it up. It's a Westinghouse M91, restocked by the Finns, but no Finnish SA marks on the rifle receiver. The sights haven't been updated or slashed and restamped with the different range ...

Re: Spanish Civil War Mosin?
Just part of the discussion me and another guy were having on it. He said there's nothing on this rifle that makes it stand out as a SCW used one. He said besides the import mark, nothing on the rifle really proves it was from Spain. I disagree and honestly i dont care. It's the best looking Mosin i...

Re: Japanese Collection updates
Hi 72usmc, Only one of the rifles has a full mum, and that would be the Series 1 with the broken stock. Some other ones have partial mums. I don't collect flowers haha! I only have one sling and it's a reproduction. I keep it on the rifle it came attached to. I will post a pic of my display. These r...

Spanish Civil War Mosin?
I traded for this last week. I was told with good confidence this was a Spanish Civil War used Mosin. I agree, but some have doubted its authenticity. She's a beauty. I took her out today for some range time. I forgot how nasty these things like to kick you. By far my favorite Mosin in the collection.

Japanese Collection updates
Been collection Japanese as my main interest for the last two years or so. Here's my line up so far, from the top: 1.) 23rd (could be 26th but I'm not digging it out of the safe) Series Kokura Type 38. Matches by assembly number. 2.) 30th Series Jinsen Type 38. Matches by assembly number. 3.) 4th Se...

From the old to the new
Hi everyone! I'm glad to be back on board this forum page. I remember joining the old one way back in like, 2012 or somethin'. I used a lot of the advice given to me to help guide me as I continued to grow my collection. It's grown exponentially since I last posted here. It's great to be back again....
