Re: Pawn Shop find 1917 DWM Luger

Very nice. Way better condition than my DWM 1914 mixmaster.
A couple of leather needles and a spool of waxed cotton thread will take care of the holster.

Empire Arms puts up their past sales lists for reference

https://www.empirearms.com/newstuff.htm Probably could have worded the title better. Yeah got a note in their email with the above link to the past six years of their for sale listings. With sale prices and pictures. The pictures are cool as they generally show both sides and any markings all in one...

December, that means " the death of Santa Claus. A vietnam poem

I first read this maybe twenty years ago on jouster aka the Culver shooting page. I try and post it around this time of year. Not kid safe. :) Jouster had a glossary of terms for the weapons and military terms. But you guys probably know them. I needed the glossary. :) Author Unknown THE DEATH OF SA...

My model 1917 for example, I dont know where to put my trigger hand. I can't get a full wrap around the stock. But j think that's related to a...

Very nice.
I am in a similar situation with a 43 dou. But a previous owner chopped an inch or 2 off the butt for a recoil pad, filled in the sling cutout and removed the sling bar on the lower band.

Re: m 1917 eddystone

Very nice. Being so near the end it may well have stayed stateside its whole existence. The sling and kit are a nice bonus. Both are getting up there in price. The cleaning kit alone used to be cheap but all I have seen are 35 and up. The slings are near 200 for nice ones. My Remington rescue came w...
