Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: FN M1910/22 Yugoslav

Very nice pistol. I have two myself and love both. One early commercial and a nickeled shooter. They are well balanced and light recoil. Great firearm to own and your’s comes with a cool history! Congratulations!

Re: m 1917 eddystone

I’m very jealous right now.....😉 I have never bought an Eddeystone but it’s on my list! I love the smoothness of the bolt, as smooth as my No 4 Mk 1 bolt. A bit heavy as I would of hated carrying that beast while in a trench but well know for their quality and reputation. She is beautiful and the ac...

Re: 1961 East German Makarov

Very nice Ithaca 1911. Yes, prices back then were much nicer on the wallet. I started collecting back in 1998, just at the tail end of that. I bought my first Mosin M44 (which was a Romanian 1953) I had no idea it was a 9 out of 10 for rarity). Now days, I have seen stander M-44’s for up to $500 at ...

and the younger group likes the black rifle garbage or nasty Glocks :puke-huge: But Black Rifles matter too! 😂 Just kidding. I am not a fan of them even though I used them in the military. I would rather have a Mini 14 or an AK any day. Back on track..... welcome back to the forum. As you already k...

Re: WASR 10

It’s good to see better products coming out of CIA. I know about 10 years ago, my WASR has canted sights which required me to file down the barrel/pin area in order to straighten it out. I am not a fan of the blonde either. I bought some good alcohol based stain (burnt umber) which gave it a dark re...

Welcome back to the forum. I too came back from a long stent. Seems like forever ago. Great thing is most of the knowledgeable folks are still here and can point you in the right direction. Welcome back and good luck with your collecting! 😉

Re: Howdy

Hello and welcome! As stated above, lots of good people here and a wealth of knowledge. I don’t know much on the Model 29 but have had my share of K98k’s. I have been collecting for years but learn something new on them all the time. Some folks here have an unprecedented knowledge of them compared t...

I wish, I heard it is THE GUN SHOW. I only have an 03FFL. Is it not just for FFL’s? I could because of work but I would love to see it at least. If you go, keep us posted please.....😉

Re: Finally joined the .45 ACP club.

Honestly, you can’t go wrong with Hornady In my opinion. I love my Kinber 1911. It’s full size so I don’t have the expansion issue. We tested this ourselves with pumpkins. 😂 There was not much left. We also used 9mm Hornady out of my High Power and it was quite convincing. Still, nothing beats a 191...

Re: New User

Yeah it does suck but you can get a adapter from Carolina Shooting Supply for it. Then you can run a skeletal stock.
I did it on my Yugo M77 or just cut and weld the a piece from another receiver but that is a pain in the butt. I am sure once you get done, it will be sweet! 😀

Re: New User

I fully converted my Saiga without a drill press. Hand drill and Tap. Just had to make sure it was level. You also need a press to remove the gas block and front sight. I picked up a 28mm Fsb and a 45 degree gas block. Did you install a G2 trigger?
