Could always try putting a bit of wood in there to see if that does the trick. If not maybe the feed lips need to be adjusted a little? I'm just guessing here, sorry. :/

Maybe I'm missing something, but other than possibly lightly seated bullets why was it unsafe? Folks have shot a lot of Turk 8mm.

You should start to see the parts fizzing and i do a spot check everyonce and a while like every 2 minutes to see the color if I like it or not .
