Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Norwegian K98s

Great shooters. Undoubtedly Springfield 1903 barrels were used. With the help Candyman's stickies, I repaired some cracks in the buttstock near the buttplate for a buddy of mine. Of course, my terms were to let me shoot it once I was done!

Re: A look inside: GP-11 7.5x55 Swiss

Reinforces the findings by many of us who shoot the GP 11 regularly via a variety of Swiss Rifles. In my opinion, it is even better quality than most factory loaded ammunition.

Re: Reloading for the K31

I use both GP11 cases, using a hydraulic decapping method and priming with Berdan Primers and Prvi 7.5x55 cases. 50gr of Reloader 17 seems to do be the best powder to use. I have excellent results with Hornady Match 168gr BTHP.

Beautiful rifle. I would love to have one.
They are very scarce in Canada.

Please post some targets at various ranges if you have any pictures.
Danny is correct, the Swede sniper configured rifle is like a unicorn up here !

The FAL is my favourite rifle. Fits me like a glove. In fact, look at my avatar, I'm shooting Burner's Aussie L1A1 !!!

Re: How to reload, Step by Step

I have never done reloading, to put it bluntly I was basically scared and thought it was too hard. Now that I've read through the process it doesn't seem too hard. Start up costs are lower than I figured they would be also. Just the ideal of making some .577 Snider rounds had me a bit uneasy, might...
