Not a problem, I was just commenting on it is all and appreciate your putting the number out there for inclusion on the list. I've had a few that were submitted that I already had, but these things do get bought and sold so it's interesting to see when they do come back up again.

Regards,
Eric

Hello I am French, I bought a WZ48 a few months ago.
Logo of an archer
Graduation painted red
Serial Number: A1103
Matching number on the bolt
Kbk.S.wz.48 on the left of the receiver
Early model with early extractor
The serial number does not correspond on the extractor (There are two number). The original extractor had to fall and be lost.
The problem is that the extractor does not exactly match, it is too low. So brass inflated and sometimes breaks.
So I tinned below, and the problem is gone.

Silver- That s the finest condition Wz-48 that I have ever seen! You have a fine example that any collector would be proud to own. Congratulations! :thumb:

Eric

Thank you, I collect 22 Caliber Military Trainer.
I still have to find a lot of rifle  . (KKW, Mauser/Mas 45, Enfield n°7 or 8 or 9, CG 63 Junior, and American rifles that are very rare in France : Winchester 52, 75, Springfield 1922 :D , mossberg .... ).
Do you know where to find parts for WZ48? I would buy a spare extractor.

Best regards

I'm going to be looking into having extractors made again now that I know some people who can help me and not rip me off. It may be in the next couple of months that I will have some for sale. I'll keep everyone posted if it works out.

Regards,
Eric
