Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

91/30s in use today!

#1 Post by Horsefriend » Sun Aug 27, 2017 2:51 pm

Current shot of Venezualian militia deploying with 91/30s! clearly a propaganda shot but I do not think 70 year old Russian bolt actions send the message the Venezualian president wants to send :) https://www.washingtonpost.com/business ... 055e48ce5d

Do you think they give them any ammunition? I'm not seeing any ammo pouches.
The rifle that just keeps on giving.

maaaaaybe a clip or two in their pockets?, but the majority of their are clearly flat/empty. Anybody have the ability to enlarge the shot enough to see what the men still in the truck have? at least one suggests Mauser.

Putting on the bayonet, even without ammo, would make a wicked anti-riot weapon.
I wouldn't be surprised if they have no ammo. I'm just guessing those came from the
Cubans. There has to be some great C&R stuff in the Cuban arsenals.

A fixed bayonet along with their spiffy uniforms might be very intimidating.
