JRA 1903A4 Accuracy

Post by Hrfunk »

Hi all! I dusted off my JRA 03A4 a couple of days ago and took it to the range to rezero it for a new load. While I was there, I took some video showcasing the rifle’s accuracy potential. I thought some of you might enjoy the video, so I decided to post a link here. Click on the link below, and it will take you to the video. Be sure to let me know what you think!

Nice video. Fun rifles to shoot. I have a Gibbs version. Unfortunately, my range only goes to 225 yards, so I can't fully test its accuracy at long range. I haven't tried 175g bullets, but may give them a try with my next reload. Thanks for posting!

A member of my club, NM MILSURPS has a rifle like yours and can keep all shots within a paper plate at 800 yards. He uses pulled M-118 175 grain bullets.

Nice rifle and nice shooting, Hr!

I'm currently working on getting a Swedish Mauser and a 1903A1 set up for the vintage match.
