Couple of simple things, lets see if I can be simple.

Passwords should be 8 characters with at least 1 numeral, no special characters.

Make sure your caps lock key is OFF

Depending what screen version you are using is where is will appear, but under evererything if you scroll down far enough you will see our last defense against spam/bots the imfamous "Captcha" screen. Sometimes it's difficult to see, if it is, change style though the user control panel. All you have to do is match the top picture with the bottom corresponding picture. You will only see this if you exceed 3 failed log in attempts, your computers cookies on the computer got corrupted (sounds gross doesn't it). Sometimes I've had to try three different images and triple check the password a member sent me before me I could get in.

As in all thinks, it makes sense to start off clean, go to advanced internet properties on your computer, in the securtiy settings look for "cookings" and erase either only the ones dealing for our site or all depending on your proficiency.
