New member from Louisiana, land of the infamous Swamp People, I have several military surplus firearms. When I graduated from high school surplus K11 Schmidt Rubins, British Enfields and 7 x 57 Mausers sold for $29.95. 1903-A3's and 98 Mausers went for the pricey sum of $59.95. And we bought 1 of each when had the money. And I still have them and now I have found this site which is devoted just to these fine fighting weapons of yesterday...it's so nice to be here.
Hello from Gary in La.

Welcome to the forum. A Cajun maybe? Candyman is from Denham Springs, LA and comes up to Ohio most every year for our annual Schutzenfest. Last year he brought up a bunch of gator and fixed some outstanding Cajun meals for the shooters.....we're still talking about those fine fixins. :thumb:
