I'm having trouble getting in contact with Lane at Tennessee Gun Parts. Does anyone here have a contact besides the ones I've been trying? I've sent multiple emails to tngunguy@aol.com and custserv@tngunparts.com, the two addresses I could find. I've called the number on his web site, 866-472-4986, and it is no longer connected. I sent him a PM here on the forum, but no response. I sent a letter about a month ago, and have received no response. I ordered a Rock Solid scope mount from him on-line back in May and paid by Paypal. Rock Solid now says Tennessee has not been one of their dealers for a long time, so I'm trying to contact them to get my money back. I'm not trying to bad mouth Lane. I've bought other MN parts from him in the past with no problems. I'm mostly just frustrated that I can't reach him, and I'm wondering if he is still in business. His web site is still up, although it hasn't been updated since June. He accepted my Paypal payment in May, so I'm wondering if something has happened to him or the business since then. I thought maybe someone on the list might know him personally, and be able to help me reach him. Thanks.

Ken

All I can tell you is that I ordered some slings from him three weeks ago and received them about a week ago.

Your comment about the phone # being disconnected has me concerned. I've bought parts from Lane for a lot of years and he has been a first rate supplier and a great guy. I hope he is OK.

Sorry I can't help you with another way to contact him. I'll be following this thread to see what happens.

I'll forward a link to this thread to another moderator who seems to have a red phone line connection to Layne. I hope it helps.

Regards,
Eric

I'm also waiting for an order that I placed over 5 weeks ago... :( Toll free number is disconnected... so is the "order by phone" number listed on the website. My card was billed shortly after I placed my order so I would really appreciate if someone could tell me how to reach him.....

This is what I know... he only workes the Gun Parts business during the weekends. Yes, he's slow. I'm trying to contact him, and get current status of whats going on. As soon as I know, I'll pass the word to all.

Ed

I'm still wondering what happened to my order... I'm gonna be moving relatively soon so I'm slightly concerned. Is there a number I can reach him at or something?

Contact EdHoffer the mod (see above post) and he can probably help you out.
