Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Mystery .311" 180 Gr Bullet ID please.

Does anyone recognize this particular bullet for a brand or manufacturer?
I've confirmed the wight as 180 Gr & The diameter as 0.311" by measuring.
They are in a Norma box, but its not the original because its labelled for .308.
The Norma line doesn't include a .311 bullet.
Its not a Hornady, Speer, Sierra Or PPU I have samples of those & none match.
I think the odd "rimmed" base may be a clue?
