New reloaders find help in your area

Post by Kevinofborg »

Re-post of Morgan12's 5/1/2011. Since I was unable to find Morgan12 in a search I guess be may be inactive and or not on the new forum. That being said, you can PM me and I will try to carry the torch on this one. I will yield this back if Morgan12 wants it back. I also did not want to add the replies to the original as some may no longer want to continue being a mentor.

I'm starting this tread in response to Burner's post about helping new reloaders get started. I think this would be great for new loaders and for people who may be looking at buying equipment that current people use. I'll try and keep these listed by States.

So here goes if you would like to add your name to the list please PM me (now kevinofborg) with the information below:

Your State:

Area/Closest City: (No need for exact towns I don't want any people other than those I'll be helping know where I live)

Type of loading: Shotshell/Metalic

Calibers Loaded:

Type of Equipment: (Manual Indexing / AutoIndexing / Single Stage; also if you want to add type of Press Mec 650, RCBS Rock Chucker, ETC)

Years Loading:

Contact Info: (I'd perfer to be contacted via email @ ; Or I perfer to be contacted by PM)

Other Info: (I also reload black Powder, We can go to the range afterwards, Please provide your own components, ETC)

Still active people.
Reloading is fun.
It does not have to cost thousands of dollars in equipment.
Hit me up, even if you just want to see it done. It is safe, it is easy, It is not dangerous.
If you can make a box of Mac and cheese without messing it up, You can reload.
Aint nothing you cant fix with five gallons of diesel and a match.
