Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Supreme court got it right

#1 Post by Hippycrowe » Wed Feb 20, 2019 5:03 pm

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/suprem ... e-property

I am glad to see they finally are cracking down on property seizures I have no problem the Govt taking stuff from a criminal but taking stuff without being found guilty goes way too far.

There was a couple strippers driving from one coast to the other with 1,000,000 in cash to buy a strip club and all the paper work. The state police took all the money saying it had cocaine on the 100 dollar Bill's. After many years in court they finally got there money back with interest the State patrol had already bought several patrol cars with the money.

This is a new one on me, the strippers, err entenpreneurs that is. But i have read of many others. People with cash are stopped their cash siezed and the treat of heavy jail time if they don't forfiet the cash.

"My cosuin vinny" without the happy ending.
There are rules. Unless they can prove it they should not be able to take it.
As to cocaine on the cash, i don't know if its just an urban myth or bad tv writing but isn't most of our currency contaminated with drugs?

Its on All the bills. Poor people , drug addicts don't always have 100s for cocaine straws.
And sadly it would apprear many people treat bills as toilet paper.

There was a little Mom & Pop coffee shop I used to visit, in the wee hours during my shift, that sold made to order sandwiches & etc. I noticed many times that Pop would take the customer's money, hand them their change, then take their sandwich and wrap it. No hand washing involved. Gave me chills but then I was only there for the coffee.

When I was a private in the Corps, the shop Ncos had me clear their coffee pot each day ( thought I was a house mouse or something) well that stoped when they saw me clean it up with toilet bowel cleaner     . I never had to clean that pot again. :shhh: :shifty: :naughty:
It does get a pot nice and clean... but then I do not drink coffee.
