Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

FMG SURPLUS 2020

#1 Post by richboise » Sat Mar 07, 2020 5:46 am

Has the latest issue of this magazine been released yet?
Or should my question be, will there be a 2020 issue?

In answer to my above question, according to their website, (www.fmgpubs.com), the 2020 Surplus Special Edition is not yet available.
Will just have to wait and see.

Here is the link, but the virus is delaying shipment.

https://fmgpubs.com/product/surplus-vin ... l-edition/

Just found my copy 22 April at the Pig in the mag rack, so its out at the magazine racks if any stores are open. A few articles I found interesting, overall pistol and auto heavy. The A SWISS FAMILY HEIRLOOM — A Grandfather’s K31 rifle sent back to his nephew in the US is interesting as well as a short write up of the Bannerman castle and its contribution to firearms at the turn of the century. Germany guns of WW II is good. Otherwise just a fair issue, unless you are into pistols or machine guns. More than a few Japanese weapons talked about.

Mag should be available at racks till 14 July 2020 at $12 .95. It has 146 pages. Great graphics, photos, & high quality paper and spline. I wish Peterson's new 2020 Price Guide was printed this nice with quality paper!

For those that need more on the Bannerman castle see this link; viewtopic.php?f=80&t=4023&p=26815#p26815
