I remember seeing a post that the rear sight of the Ishy can be replaced with the adjustable peep sight of another Enfield. I also remember the sight guard had to be replaced as well to make it fit.

Can someone tell me which 'peep' sight will work on the Ishy (I'm assuming Numrich is the source)

Thanks!

Robert

That's the piece, but I was looking for the entire rear sight unit, I think he is just selling the small piece that screws at the end of the sight ramp... and for $24.

I think I saw a thread stateing the entire rear sight can be purchased for less than that... just need to know which model it is.

Mojo are great sights! From Mojo's web page.....

SMLE Now British .303 fanatics can have the same high-quality Mojo sights as their Mauser and Mosin-loving brothers. Available in Standard (rear sight only, used in conjunction with existing front sight). Fits No. 1 Mk III SMLEs and Ishapor No 2as. Sorry--no sights for the No 4s at this time.

Well, I ordered it and it was not the peep sight.. it was the standard rear sight.. but it has adjustable windage...

anyone know the part number or rifle model number that has the 'peep' sight that will fit on the 2A1?
