I was just telling a friend that I had too many SKS. Now I understand how wrong I was. Very nice collection.

Thanks for all the kind comments guys. Steamer, grab an albanian if you can. They will only go up in value. I think they only made about 17,000 and the UN ground up half of them. Maybe 6000 or so made it to the US. I'm amazed they don't routinely sell for over 1000

Yes, I'm in country now. I came back because my son passed away and I am in country settling his affairs. This week my father passed away. the past few months have not been very good for me.

When it rains it pours, sorry to hear of your losses, a father and a son. That's devastating.

Related to the OP, I like your collection. I've got a soft spot for SKSs. It was the gun that started me in surplus firearms.
