Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Empire Arms puts up their past sales lists for reference

#1 Post by Charles Lipscomb » Fri Jan 10, 2020 10:27 pm

https://www.empirearms.com/newstuff.htm

Probably could have worded the title better.
Yeah got a note in their email with the above link to the past six years of their for sale listings.
With sale prices and pictures. The pictures are cool as they generally show both sides and any markings all in one picture.

Yes, and its a great price reference to gauge average values. Most of there stuff sells within a day or two. Nice prices at a fair market value.
Thanks for posting. A great reference.
Another super reference for getter pictures, lots of details on each specimen, generally 18 photo close up for each firearm,- no prices are listed, is the Libertytreecollectors Reference Library.
https://www.libertytreecollectors.com/p ... ategory=82

So we got two sources, Empire for recent fair values and Libertreecollectors for great detailed pictures.

Also for a value guide is the book most paws shops, gun shops, and gun shows use as a guide:
The Standard Catalog of Military Firearms, 9th Edition: The Collector’s Price & Reference Guide, Paperback – NEW EDITION March 17, 2020
by Philip Peterson, Also see the 2017, 8th edition.

:confusion-confused: Price reality is most likely between the 8th and 9th editions, price depends on so many factors; and of late at gun shows prices are to the point that stuff sits on the tables. It seems what sells are pistols for conceal carry, not too many takers for surplus firearms at top crazy bucks. Hunting long arms also sit. Hence the 8th edition is more toward reality as well as Empire's lists. It is stuff that sold. My :twocents-twocents:
